hout the warehouse. Daily responsibilities may include receiving deliveries, sorting packages, checking shipping labels, moving boxes to designated areas, preparing outgoing shipments, assisting with loading and unloading, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
No previous warehouse, package handling, shipping, or distribution experience is required. Full training will be provided. We welcome applicants who are starting their first job, returning to work, changing careers, or looking for an opportunity to develop practical workplace skills.
Responsibilities
• Receive, sort, and organize incoming packages, boxes, and shipments
• Move packages and materials to designated warehouse locations
• Sort packages according to shipping labels, destinations, and work instructions
• Assist with loading and unloading packages from trucks and delivery vehicles
• Prepare packages for shipment, pickup, and delivery
• Check package labels and basic shipment information
• Place packages in designated sorting, storage, and shipping areas
• Handle packages carefully to help prevent damage
• Identify visibly damaged packages, missing labels, or incorrect shipment information and report issues to a supervisor
• Assist with organizing incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments
• Move boxes, supplies, and materials safely throughout the warehouse
• Help maintain an organized flow of packages within the warehouse or distribution center
• Assist with basic package counts and shipment checks
• Keep workstations, sorting areas, and storage locations clean and organized
• Follow simple written and verbal instructions
• Work with warehouse associates, supervisors, and team members to complete daily assignments
• Follow established warehouse procedures and workplace safety guidelines
• Use provided safety equipment as instructed
• Communicate questions or concerns to the appropriate team member
• Complete other general warehouse, package handling, shipping, receiving, and material handling tasks as assigned

Training
Full training will be provided to help new employees learn warehouse operations, package handling, package sorting, shipment preparation, shipping and receiving procedures, inventory organization, and workplace safety practices.
New team members will receive guidance on identifying shipping labels, organizing packages, handling materials carefully, and following daily work instructions. Previous warehouse or distribution experience is not necessary to apply.
