Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Outbound / Inbound Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods entering and leaving the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. Your expertise will help optimize shipping logistics, improve order fulfillment accuracy, and maintain compliance with trade regulations. Duties Coordinate inbound shipments by verifying delivery schedules, processing receiving documentation, and utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate data entry. Manage outbound shipments through order picking, packing, and loading using RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment. Ensure proper stocking, inventory management, and organization within the warehouse to facilitate smooth distribution processes. Prepare shipping documentation in accordance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update records using inventory management software and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order issues promptly and provide excellent support throughout the shipping & receiving process. Experience Prior experience working in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of shipping logistics, international trade regulations, and trade compliance standards. Experience operating forklift trucks, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in stocking, packing, order picking & packing processes. Basic math skills for inventory counts and shipment calculations are required. Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
