Let’s Get to Work Do you enjoy navigating a cherry picker at height, staying organized under pressure, and nailing every pick? We’re hiring a Warehouse Order Picking Forklift Specialist in Ontario, CA to help us move products efficiently and accurately. What You’ll Do Use a cherry picker/order picker to locate, select, and transport items to staging or shipping areas. Confirm item accuracy and quality before orders leave the building. Keep workstations neat and follow all safety policies and procedures. Conduct cycle counts and immediately flag any inventory discrepancies. Team up with supervisors and peers to keep throughput high and bottlenecks low. Complete basic equipment inspections and escalate maintenance needs. Attend training to expand skills in warehouse systems and safe operations. Hit established KPIs and continuously look for process improvements. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proven experience operating cherry pickers/order pickers in a warehouse. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely. Good communicator who works well in a team. Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long stretches. Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices. Forklift certification or license a plus.
