Warehouse Order Picker – Full Time – Day Shift Location: Tempe, AZ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM Pay: $16.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience Position: Full-Time We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Order Picker to join our growing 3PL warehouse team. This is a fast-paced position for someone who takes pride in working hard, staying productive, and completing orders accurately. We are looking for someone who can work independently, follow instructions, and maintain a consistent pace throughout the entire shift. Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems Verify items, quantities, and locations before completing orders Stage completed orders for packing and shipment Maintain accuracy while working at a consistent production pace Keep work areas clean and organized Assist with general warehouse duties when needed Communicate inventory or order issues to warehouse leadership Follow warehouse and safety procedures What We Are Looking For Must be able to consistently report to work by 5:00 AM Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Ability to stay productive without constant supervision Good attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse Able to stand and walk for most of the shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable using scanners and basic technology Previous warehouse, order picking, fulfillment, or 3PL experience preferred What Will Make You Successful Here We are looking for someone who: Comes to work ready to work Maintains a steady pace throughout the day Takes accuracy seriously Takes responsibility for their work Asks questions when something does not look right Helps the team complete the day's workload Can be trusted to work independently Is dependable and consistent This is a good opportunity for someone who likes staying busy and wants to be part of a warehouse operation that is continuing to grow.
