Warehouse Order Fulfillment Team Member

Job description: Lunar Distribution is the leading comic book distributor seeking detail-oriented individuals to support our operations and contribute to a high-performing team. We are looking for focused, motivated candidates who can succeed as lead order pickers and packers while maintaining high standards for accuracy and speed in order fulfillment. Employee responsibilities include: Pick retail client orders of various sizes. Meet daily individual and team goals. Communicate clearly to support order accuracy. Pack and label client orders as needed. Receive merchandise pallets, verify counts, and stage pallets and boxes for picking. Maintain clean warehouse and workstation areas. Maintain strong attention to detail. Work effectively as part of a team. Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative. Lift up to 50 lbs. Stand, squat, and walk for most of the shift. Work weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime as needed.
