Position Summary: The Warehouse/Blender Operator safely receives, moves, blends, filters, packages, labels, stores, and transfers liquid and dry products for sale and internal consumption. The position performs bulk-liquid transfers between tanks and other vessels; loads and unloads liquid tankers; completes blending and batching activities; and uses barcode scanners or RF handheld devices to record material and inventory movements. The role supports warehouse and production operations by following work orders, blend tickets, inventory-transfer procedures, GMP/HACCP/Food Safety standards, and company safety requirements. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Job Responsibilities: Follow instructions on work orders, blend tickets, and warehouse-transfer documents. • Verify product identity, lot number, quantity, source location, and destination before each material movement or processing step. Safely transfer bulk liquid products between storage tanks, blend tanks, totes, drums, tankers, and other vessels using pumps, hoses, hard piping, valves, fittings, and related transfer equipment. Safely load and unload bulk liquid tankers, including verifying the correct product and destination, connecting and disconnecting hoses, monitoring the transfer, preventing spills or cross-contamination, and completing required documentation. Weigh, measure, and handle liquid and dry ingredients accurately; blend, filter, and package final and intermediary products according to approved tickets, formulas, and procedures. Package liquids into required container sizes, including small containers, gallon containers, pails, drums, totes, and tankers. Use barcode scanners, RF handheld devices, and applicable warehouse or inventory systems to receive, identify, move, transfer, stage, consume, and ship materials and products. Complete inventory transactions and related paperwork accurately and promptly, including material creation, consumption, warehouse transfers, location changes, lot tracking, labeling, and finished-goods movements. Receive, move, stage, and store raw materials, packaging supplies, intermediates, and finished goods while maintaining accurate labeling, lot identification, inventory accuracy, and traceability. Load and unload trucks and handle pallets, drums, pails, totes, and other materials as required. • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely, including drum-handling and pail-pallet equipment. Collect product samples and label containers according to company procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow all GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, quality, environmental, and safety standards. Assist with troubleshooting minor equipment or material-handling issues and promptly report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, leaks, spills, inventory discrepancies, or process deviations. • Perform other duties as assigned. Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Required Experience: Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. At least one year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, blending, bulk-liquid handling, warehouse, production, or material-handling environment. Hands-on experience transferring liquids between tanks or vessels and operating pumps, hoses, valves, fittings, or similar transfer equipment. Experience loading and/or unloading bulk liquid tankers and monitoring liquid transfers. Experience blending or batching liquid and/or dry ingredients according to blend tickets, formulas, recipes, or work instructions. Experience using barcode scanners, RF handheld devices, or similar inventory systems to identify products and record inventory movements, warehouse transfers, lot information, and storage locations.
