Job Title: Warehouse Operator Location: Olathe, Kansas, USA (In-person) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour meal/rest break) Compensation: $16.83 – $19.23 per hour ($35,000 – $40,000 gross annually) About the Role The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and accurate daily operations of the warehouse and inventory control at our Olathe, Kansas facility. This versatile role requires an adaptable professional capable of handling both physical warehouse tasks and supporting administrative and office-related operations as needed. Key Responsibilities & Duties 1. Warehouse & Inbound/Outbound Logistics Operations Safely unload inbound freight shipments and load outbound delivery trucks. Inspect incoming shipments for damage, correct piece counts, and accuracy against delivery notes and bills of lading. Put away received goods into designated bin or rack locations. Prepare shipping documentation, stage outbound orders, and verify carrier details. Securely pack, label, and palletize products for safe transit in compliance with customer specifications and carrier rules. 2. Inventory Management & Safety Safely operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). Perform regular inventory counts, cycle checks, and stock audits. Manage and maintain stock control for marketing materials (catalogs, product labels, collateral, etc.). Maintain a clean, organized, compliant, and safe workspace at all times. Candidate Profile & Requirements Qualifications & Experience Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics (Preferred). Driver’s License Required: No. Languages: English (Required). Spanish language skills are a plus / valued (Bilingual Spanish/English preferred). Technical Skills Digital Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
