Warehouse Operator

Merit Contacting is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team! We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and motivated individual with basic warehouse or construction knowledge who is eager to learn new skills and grow within our company. What we're looking for: Individuals seeking full-time employment. Candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reliable and punctual team players with a strong work ethic. Individuals who can work independently and as part of a team. Candidates with basic construction or warehouse experience. Forklift experience is an asset. Warehouse Operator Duties (Vary on a day to day basis): Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming materials and supplies. Picking, preparing, and loading materials for delivery to job sites. Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Monitoring inventory and assisting with stock counts. Operating warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery as required. Preparing and organizing materials and equipment for upcoming projects. Loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Assisting with general warehouse maintenance and other duties as required. Following all workplace health and safety procedures. Additional Requirements Must be currently located in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada. Must have reliable transportation and their own means of getting to and from the warehouse or job site. Valid forklift certification is a significant asset and will be strongly considered during the hiring process. Compensation based on experience.
