Warehouse Operations Supervisor Mandarin Speaker

Position Overview We are seeking an Warehouse Operations Supervisor to support the daily operations and administrative coordination of our Houston warehouse. This role is execution- and coordination-focused, well-suited for candidates who are organized, communicative, detail-oriented, and interested in long-term, stable development in a warehouse or operations environment. Prior experience with overseas warehouses or logistics operations is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Support daily warehouse operations and assist with on-site operational matters This role also requires hands-on involvement in basic warehouse operations, including assisting with product handling and on-site support as needed. Provide administrative support related to warehouse operations, including documentation, process follow-up, and daily coordination Coordinate communication between the warehouse and internal teams (Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) as well as external partners (landlord, vendors, contractors, service providers) Assist with warehouse-related compliance matters, inspections, repairs, and other ad-hoc operational issues Handle unexpected issues and help drive resolutions to ensure smooth warehouse operations Assist in organizing basic operational data, simple reports, and daily records Complete other operational support and coordination tasks as assigned by management Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, operations support, or administrative roles is preferred Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Basic computer skills required (Excel, email, documents, etc.) Proficient in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required No team management experience required No warehouse manager or supervisor background required Role Characteristics (Important) This is a support and coordination–focused role, centered on operational execution and administrative responsibilities The work is stable, structured, and sustainable, suitable for candidates seeking long-term employment and growth Career Development This position is designed as an operations support and coordination role.
