Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven, hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Manage, motivate, encourage teamwork and mentor warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, discipline and performance evaluations. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Create SOP’s. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits working towards annual inventory dispensation. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS-Sage 300) and other software tools to track and optimize operations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive lean practices. Manage facility expense budgets (warehouse supplies, building maintenance). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory control practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Counter-balance/Reach-truck valid certification Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
