Location: Grand Appliance & TV Distribution Center
Job Type: Full-Time

Grand Appliance & TV is seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead one of our distribution centers and oversee warehouse and delivery operations. This role is responsible for guiding a team of approximately 25 warehouse and delivery associates while ensuring top-tier service, efficiency, safety, and accuracy every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 25 warehouse and delivery employees

  • Oversee $10M+ in inventory, including accuracy, receiving, storage, and shipping

  • Drive performance across Service, Safety, People, and Cost metrics

  • Standardize processes and share best practices across all warehouse locations

  • Maintain and manage the delivery vehicle fleet while building strong vendor partnerships

  • Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations

  • Oversee employee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, hiring, and separations

  • Support ongoing operational initiatives, tasks, and special projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field)

  • 7–10 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, multi-shift distribution or fulfillment environment

  • Strong experience leading medium-sized employee teams

  • Proven ability to build positive employee relationships and collaborate cross-functionally

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, consistent messaging
