Warehouse & Operations Associate

YoColorado is seeking a part-time or full-time Warehouse & Operations Associate. You’ll be part of the team responsible for managing inventory, packing and shipping online and wholesale orders, and keeping our warehouse organized and running smoothly. Minimum of 20 hours per week | Flexible schedule | Opportunity for career growth and Potential for Annual Bonus (Health Insurance Benefits with Full Time Employment Only) Responsibilities Receive, move and organize product safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory through stock counts, inventory management software and an organized warehouse. Pick, pack and ship online and wholesale orders accurately and on time. Receive incoming shipments and ensure products are properly counted, organized and stored. Maintain a clean, safe and efficient warehouse and follow appropriate safety procedures. Pitch in with other operations needs as they come up. Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and move product safely Basic math skills for counting, measuring and verifying shipments Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Dependable and comfortable working independently when needed Pluses Experience in warehouse operations or distribution (apparel is a plus) Experience with inventory management Experience with shipping, receiving, order picking and packing Skills in spreadsheets and/or e-commerce software such as Shopify A passion for apparel and the outdoors Founded in 2013 in Golden, Colorado, YoColorado is a retro-inspired outdoor apparel brand celebrating the free-spirited Colorado lifestyle.
