Warehouse Operations Assistant – $18/hr – Hands-On Team Role

Warehouse Assistant Companies: Santa’s Lights & Dunzo Gutters About the Role The Warehouse Assistant plays an important role in setting our installation crews up for success each day. Working alongside other warehouse staff, you’ll help organize materials, prepare job supplies, stage equipment, and ensure our lighting and gutter installation crews have what they need before heading into the field. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying organized, working hard, following direction, and helping a team operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities Prepare Materials: Pull, organize, and stage materials for upcoming lighting and gutter installation jobs. Organize the Warehouse: Keep warehouse spaces, inventory, boxes, and equipment organized and in their proper locations. Support Installation Crews: Ensure crews have the materials and supplies needed to complete their jobs efficiently. Complete Daily Tasks: Follow direction from the warehouse team to complete recurring responsibilities and one-off projects. Run materials: Occasionally run materials to crews out in the field when items are forgotten. Reference Job Information: Use spreadsheets, lists, and other job information to locate, organize, and prepare customer materials. Handle Materials Safely: Move boxes, retrieve materials from storage, and use ladders when needed to access stored items. Qualifications Highly organized with an eye for detail. Dependable, hardworking, and willing to take initiative. Able to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently. Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving boxes and materials. Comfortable safely climbing and working from ladders. Able to stay productive in a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse environment.
