Warehouse Operations Agent

At CLEARFREIGHT INC DBA HARBOUR we are seeking a dedicated and detail – oriented Warehouse Operations Agent to join our warehouse team. The position plays a key role in coordinating the day-to-day warehouse functions including receiving and unloading, creating warehouse receipts, inventory control and status of the cargo, shipping and loading containers. This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work well under pressure and keep the focus on the process. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments Perform inventory counts. Create warehouse receipts and customers reports Labeling the cargo Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies Communicate with logistics providers, drivers, and internal teams Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) Unload and load containers. Support continuous improvement initiatives Keep the warehouse clean and organized Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse and logistics operations Strong Computer skills and Logistics Systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Forklift and Pallet Jack experience Experience working with CargoWise Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations Job Type: Full-time 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour for Lunch) Benefits: 401(k) - Ability to make own contributions to the 401(k) plan (immediately) 401(k) matching - Requires 1000 hours of work in the first year of employment to qualify for employer contributions on their first anniversary Work Location: In person – 4464 NW 74 Ave, Miami, FL. 33166 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 per hour Work Location: In person
