Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate Company Overview: Alfa Cantor is a leading EPA Certified Refrigerant Reclaimer specializing in Refrigerant Recovery, Buyback for reclamation, and Sales. We serve HVAC contractors and related businesses nationwide. Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. This role involves managing day-to-day warehouse activities and requires someone with a proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities: Handle shipping and receiving operations with efficiency and accuracy Maintain a high standard of safety in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company regulations Safely manage refrigerant cylinders, including handling and sorting packaged refrigerant Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and orderly Perform testing, weighing, sorting, palletizing, stretch wrapping, and banding of cylinders Uphold outstanding work performance, attitude, and ethics Be on your feet for extended periods as needed Additional Responsibilities: Make deliveries and pickups as required Recover refrigerant under the supervision of a qualified EPA 608 technician Travel as needed, primarily within Texas but potentially across the USA Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in warehouse operations or a similar role preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 150 pounds and work in varying temperatures Willingness to undergo a background and security check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
