Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth warehouse functions, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and the operation of various heavy equipment. Duties - Assist with order fulfillment and quality control processes in a warehouse setting. - Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse. - Perform heavy lifting as needed to load and unload shipments. - Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications. - Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies. - Assist with general warehouse management tasks, including organizing inventory and maintaining a clean work environment. - Tool Management Qualifications: - 2 + years of previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred but not required. - Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. - Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks. - Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. -Current and valid drivers license with a clean MVR Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Experience Prior experience operating warehouse material handling equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including inventory management, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment. Proven ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with logistics operations is a plus but not required. Understanding of safety regulations such as OSHA standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment operation. Strong basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry accuracy.
