Whitecrow, Inc dba XPO LogisticsWhitecrow, Inc Position Title: Night Shift Floor Manager Department: Warehouse Classification: Full-time, Exempt Report To: Director of Warehouse Operations BASIC FUNCTION: The Warehouse Floor Manager oversees daily warehouse operations in a 3PL and transload environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate handling of inbound and outbound freight. This role leads warehouse staff, coordinates transload activities, and ensures service levels, safety, and customer requirements are met. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: Supervise daily warehouse activities, including Technology, Process and People. Lead and manage all aspects of warehouse operations in a safe, productive and efficient environment. Supervise and provide guidance to Transload Leads. Ensure process is being followed according to plan, conduct checks and verifications of unloads/loads/tally sheets etc. after each shift. Maintain productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Enforce OSHA compliance, proper equipment operation, safety and housekeeping. Enforce company policies and procedures (Physical and Electronic performance) provide coaching and disciplinary actions as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals and service expectations. Communicate operational updates and performance metrics to management. Complete or assist on special projects as assigned. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Microsoft office, WMS/YMS and labor management. Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, which may include varying temperatures and noise levels. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience; 3PL or transload preferred. Prior supervisory or lead experience. Knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, and freight flow. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Understanding of 3PL transload, storage and VAS services. Basic understanding of OSHA rules and regulations. Exempt Requirements: This position meets the criteria for exemption from overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) regulations.
