Warehouse Material Handler

At East End Welding LLC , our Material Handlers play a vital role in ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time. This position directly supports our production team by maintaining efficient material flow throughout the facility, helping us deliver quality products on time while living our commitment to Better, Faster, Lower Cost . What You'll Do Material Handling & Production Support Move raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods throughout the facility. Load, unload, transport, and stage materials safely and efficiently. Deliver production kits and materials to welders and fitters according to production schedules. Ensure workstations remain stocked and production teams have what they need to stay productive. Transfer completed parts to machining, paint, shipping, and other downstream operations. Maintain accurate part identification, labeling, and organization. Inventory & Accuracy Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Verify material kits and bill of materials (BOMs) for completeness. Monitor stock levels of consumables, packaging materials, and supplies. Shipping & Receiving Support Assist with packaging, skidding, and shipment preparation. Support receiving, material storage, and material issuance processes. Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment. Equipment Operation Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, hoists, and related material handling equipment. Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred. Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
