Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Material Handler, where your energy and precision will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse processes. Duties Safely load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and manual methods to fulfill customer requests Operate heavy equipment such as cranes and load & unload trucks with precision and adherence to safety protocols Manage inventory by organizing stock in designated areas, conducting cycle counts, and updating records with basic math skills Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety procedures during all warehouse activities Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and preparing items for dispatch Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following proper manual handling techniques and safety guidelines Experience Previous warehouse experience or distribution center work preferred; familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, or cranes is highly desirable Knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanner technology is beneficial Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of safety protocols including OSHA regulations related to materials handling and equipment operation Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation accuracy Prior experience in shipping & receiving or order picking roles will be advantageous for success in this position Join us today to become an essential part of our warehouse team—where your skills will help us deliver excellence every day!
