Job Summary We are seeking a Material Handler in our warehouse operation who is responsible for ensuring manufacturing production lines are consistently stocked with the materials required to support uninterrupted operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient material flow by organizing, replenishing, and delivering inventory to designated production areas. In addition to line-stocking responsibilities, the Material Handler supports shipping and receiving operations by unloading and inspecting inbound deliveries, matching materials to purchase orders and packing documents, staging and preparing outbound shipments, and coordinating the accurate movement of goods. The role also processes and completes all required receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions in the company ERP system, verifies quantities and item information, resolves or reports discrepancies, and maintains accurate, timely records. This position contributes to a safe, organized, and collaborative warehouse environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Replenish and deliver materials to manufacturing production lines to ensure continuous workflow and prevent shortages. Maintain organized inventory storage areas, including labeling, rotating stock, and monitoring material levels. Assist shipping and receiving teams with unloading, inspecting, counting, and staging inbound deliveries; match materials to purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation; prepare, package, label, and stage outbound shipments; verify shipment accuracy; and coordinate carrier pickups as needed. Process and complete receiving, shipping, material movement, and inventory transactions in the company ERP system. Verify item numbers, quantities, locations, lot or serial information, and supporting documents; investigate or promptly report discrepancies; and ensure records are accurate and completed on time. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling tools, while following all safety procedures. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED Familiarity with warehouse or material handling environments, including basic inventory practices Ability to lift and move materials, typically up to 50–75 pounds as needed Comfortable operating or learning to operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts Basic computer skills, including the ability to use inventory or ERP systems for material tracking Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
