ConfidentialWarehouse Manager — Florence Coffee Company Location: Missoula, Montana Florence Coffee Company is looking for an organized, dependable, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and help keep our coffee shops stocked and running smoothly. Responsibilities Manage inventory and place supply orders based on company needs. Receive deliveries and verify quantities, condition, and accuracy. Organize products for safe storage, proper rotation, and easy access. Prepare accurate shop orders and coordinate timely deliveries. Monitor shortages, damaged products, and ordering discrepancies, and communicate concerns promptly. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and address maintenance or pest concerns. Communicate regularly with shop leadership and management about supplies, deliveries, and changing needs. Train and support warehouse employees and hold the team accountable for company standards. What We’re Looking For Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records. Dependability and the ability to work independently. A proactive approach to solving problems and following through. Ability to safely perform warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, stocking, and loading supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation. Previous warehouse, inventory, ordering, or leadership experience preferred.
