Warehouse Manager (FBA+FBT, Chinese/English Bilingual Required)

Positions: Warehouse Manager (with relocation package) Work Location: Savannah, GA Pay Range: $70,000-$90,000 annually Job Summary: We are hiring a Warehouse Manager to own daily operations of our 100,000 sq ft fulfillment warehouse in Savannah, GA, supporting both FBA and FBT operations. You will lead a team of full-time associates and temporary workers and ensure fast, accurate, SLA-compliant fulfillment across both platforms. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, putaway, pick/pack, and outbound for a 100k sq ft facility Manage Amazon FBA workflows; create and manage inbound shipment plans to Amazon fulfillment centers Manage FBT fulfillment: order processing, SLA compliance, and shipping performance metrics Track first-leg shipments upon arrival at the Port of Savannah and coordinate drayage to the warehouse; oversee inbound receiving, inspection, and putaway Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and WMS discipline Lead, schedule, and coach a team of full-time employees and temp labor; set productivity targets and track KPIs (units per labor hour, order accuracy, on-time shipment) Enforce warehouse safety (OSHA) and 5S standards; minimize chargebacks and operational errors Publish regular operational reports on throughput, labor cost, and inventory health Qualifications: Fluent in both English and Chinese (required) 3+ years of warehouse management experience, including 2+ years in e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL Hands-on Amazon FBA experience required FBT fulfillment experience required Proven track record managing a 50k+ sq ft facility and a team of 20+ including temporary workers Proficient with WMS and Excel; data-driven decision maker Forklift certification and OSHA knowledge a plus Candidates with OPT/CPT authorization are welcome Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required) Language: Mandarin (Required) Benefits: Relocation Fee First 3 Months accommodation Mileage reimbursement Health insurance Paid Holidays Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
