Warehouse Manager | Fast, Sharp, and Self-Driven
Athletic Event SupplyStrike Visuals is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and self-directed Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role for someone who can stay organized, manage competing priorities, solve problems independently, and keep things moving without constant direction. Our purpose at Strike is to enrich lives. We work hard, create value, and have fun doing it. We have a strong set of Core Values that we believe in wholeheartedly. We give people the freedom to do their jobs well, and we expect them to take ownership in return. You’ll be running the warehouse independently, making decisions, coordinating logistics, and keeping operations on track. We’re looking for someone with sound judgment, a strong work ethic, and the initiative to figure things out when challenges arise. If you need constant direction or prefer a desk job, this probably isn’t the role for you. If you like staying active, taking responsibility, and getting things done, keep reading. And don't worry, no polos or khakis required. What You’ll Do Run warehouse operations: Manage receiving, packing, shipping, inventory, and product organization. Coordinate trade show logistics: Organize and track event products, work directly with sales reps, and coordinate shipments to and from trade shows and events as needed. Become a product expert: Learn Strike’s full product line and develop expertise in product setup, operation, use, troubleshooting, and repair. Support product training: Participate in internal team training, sharing your hands-on product knowledge and helping team members understand how our products work. Manage shipping issues: Work with FedEx and other shipping providers to resolve delays, freight problems, customs questions, and documentation issues. Contribute to team projects: Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing, sharing ideas, collaborating on projects, and helping improve our products and processes. Keep things organized and moving: Balance multiple requests and deadlines, anticipate needs, and adjust priorities as circumstances change. Support the team and our customers: Communicate clearly with Operations, Sales, coworkers, customers, and shipping providers to ensure a positive experience and smooth execution. What We’re Looking For Reliability and accountability: You follow through, take responsibility, and can be trusted to run the warehouse without daily supervision. Good judgment and initiative: You recognize what needs to be done, make sound decisions, and work through problems without waiting for someone else to provide the answers. Organization and adaptability: You can manage several tasks at once, keep track of details, and prioritize when multiple needs compete for your attention. Physical capability: You’re comfortable with frequent lifting and carrying, moving products, and spending much of the workday on your feet. Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Communication and teamwork: You work well with different people, share ideas, coordinate effectively, and address issues professionally. Computer skills and willingness to learn: You’re comfortable using computers and can learn our internal systems, inventory processes, and shipping platforms. Relevant experience: Warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience is helpful, but the ability to learn, take ownership, and get results matters just as much. Forklift operation: Previous experience is preferred, along with a commitment to safe operation. Why Strike? Strike is a growing, dynamic company where initiative matters and people have room to make a difference. We value hard work, creative problem-solving, and continuous improvement. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your responsibilities, build deep product knowledge, collaborate across teams, and help make our operations better. If you&…
