Duties Lead and supervise all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts to ensure safe and effective movement of goods. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for heavy lifting, materials handling, and equipment operation. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within distribution centers or similar environments. Valid certification for forklift operation and experience with material handling equipment operation. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and implement process improvements. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting and materials handling.
