Warehouse Manager

About Us: World Footbag has been manufacturing and promoting the sport of footbag since 1983. We’re a fun, passionate company focused on footbag, movement based games, and creative play equipment. We're looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Manager to help our growing team with fulfillment, inventory management, packaging and warehousing to meet demands of our growing company. Position Overview: This is a warehouse and fulfillment role with two core focuses: Managing warehouse operations , including managing packaging teams, order fulfillment, product packing, inventory management and sell-through forecasting. EDI Compliance , maintaining current electronic data interface records and staying up to date on compliance requests, pricing and product updates through multiple EDI systems. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse, Packaging & Fulfillment Oversee a warehouse team of 2-5 people Evaluate needs and create packaging schedules Pick, pack, and label online and wholesale orders with accuracy and care. Fulfill at once and future wholesale orders via multiple ordering platforms Maintain a clean, organized and efficient warehouse Organize and maintain product bins, inventory shelves, and packing stations. Prepare bulk orders, custom kits, or event packages. Receive and check inbound inventory; restock and manage product levels. Maintain an efficient warehouse and strictly follow safety and quality standards. The Ideal Candidate: Self-starter with a positive, attitude Able to balance detail-oriented tasks in a high paced work environment Highly organized and focused Technologically savvy, able to learn new systems and adapt to a dynamic work environment Friendly, confident, and comfortable with others Interested in recreational games, footbag, or active toys. Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM tools, and basic POS/inventory software. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years experience in warehouse and retail environments Familiarity with ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify). Familiarity with SPS commerce, Woo Commerce, and similar programs Experience with LTL and Direct Freight shipping requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move around during warehouse tasks Valid driver's license (if traveling to stores or events is needed).
