What You’ll Do As Warehouse Manager, you’ll lead and support the warehouse team by assigning daily work, managing schedules, monitoring performance, and helping train and develop employees. This role oversees daily and monthly inventory, manage warehouse layout and product placement, look for ways to improve workflow and efficiency, conducts warehouse safety programs and our forklift program, including training and required documentation, as well as manage the end of day delivery driver check in process to ensure returned products are properly accounted for and placed back into inventory. You’ll coordinate building, grounds, equipment, and security needs with outside contractors and vendors and jump in to assist with order picking, loading and unloading trucks, forklift operation, and receiving freight. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and previous warehouse experience; supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, approachable, and a strong problem solver who can communicate clearly, prioritize work, delegate effectively, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required, along with forklift certification or willingness to become certified and the ability to operate a semi-tractor and trailer or willingness to be trained.
