We're recruiting for a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce 3PL and fulfillment company that is continuing to expand its U.S. warehouse network. The company operates large-scale fulfillment facilities supporting e-commerce sellers, with operations covering receiving, storage, inventory, B2B/B2C fulfillment, returns, outbound shipping, and other value-added warehouse services. They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of daily warehouse operations, lead the local team, and help improve operational efficiency as the business continues to grow. What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, storage, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and outbound Manage, train, and develop warehouse employees and frontline supervisors Drive productivity, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, safety, attendance, and on-time performance Establish and improve SOPs, KPIs, labor planning, scheduling, and workflow Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions Coordinate with internal management, customers, carriers, vendors, and business partners Support peak-season planning and changing customer requirements in a fast-paced 3PL environment Maintain a safe, organized, and performance-driven warehouse culture Ideal Background 2+ years of warehouse / logistics experience Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role Experience in 3PL, fulfillment, e-commerce warehouse, or overseas warehouse operations is strongly preferred Solid understanding of receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and order fulfillment Strong leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on operational skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities and customer requirements Fluent in both English and Mandarin Why This Opportunity This is a good fit for someone who wants more than just maintaining an existing warehouse.
