Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic. highly organized, and strong work ethic Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations. In this vital role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure seamless logistics processes. Your leadership will drive process improvements, uphold safety standards, and foster a productive team environment. Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and able to unload containers in extreme temperatures. This position does demand intensive activities. Duties Supervise all warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling to ensure efficient flow of goods. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing clear managerial communication and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee warehouse distribution processes, ensuring timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS). Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize warehouse operations. Operate or coordinate the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and utilize inventory management systems to prevent stock discrepancies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to heavy lifting, materials handling, and warehouse operations. Process e-commerce orders and B2B orders Experience Proven experience managing warehouse operations within distribution centers or similar environments. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with strong team leadership skills and managerial communication. Extensive knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and RF scanner technology. Hands-on experience operating or supervising the use of forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Familiarity with logistics coordination and shipping & receiving procedures. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse environments including heavy lifting and materials handling. Experience implementing process improvements using lean management techniques to boost efficiency. Prior warehouse supervisor experience is highly preferred along with knowledge of distribution center operations in e-commerce or retail sectors. Ready for a challenge? We reward hard work.
