Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment. Manage and develop one direct-report warehouse employee while supporting field technicians and operational teams across three trades: plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Utilize ServiceTitan’s replenishment features to maintain optimal stock levels, ensure timely inventory replenishment, and support material availability across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical operations. Oversee and manage on-site Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, ensuring accurate inventory levels, product availability, and vendor accountability. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors and suppliers to support operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service needs. Monitor supplier-managed inventory levels, identify replenishment needs, and coordinate timely ordering of materials to support field operations. Partner with vendors and the parts runner to coordinate inventory pickups, deliveries, and jobsite replenishment, ensuring technicians have the materials needed to complete work efficiently. Serve as a key operational support resource by proactively managing vendor inventory programs, resolving supply chain issues, and maintaining material availability for active jobs. Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and field teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure materials are available to meet business demands. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the home services industry Proficiency in using ServiceTitan’s replenishment features preferred Strong experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and regulations Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(K) Plan with generous company match Company-paid Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance policies Short-term disability and voluntary life insurance options Paid Vacations, Holidays, and Sick days Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 (plus potential for bonus) Location: Worcester, MA Apply Today!
