Warehouse Manager Assistant ( Bilingual in English and Mandarin )

Job Description We are a metal stud manufacturing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for assisting with shipping and receiving, inventory counting, material organization, and general warehouse coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily shipping and receiving operations Check, count, and organize incoming and outgoing materials Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control Help manage warehouse storage and ensure materials are properly organized Coordinate with relevant departments to support smooth warehouse and logistics operations Inspect goods and update records as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States H-1B sponsorship support available Bilingual in English and Chinese , with strong communication skills in both languages Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or materials management experience preferred Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, metal framing, or related industries is a plus Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Able to work efficiently in a warehouse environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Pay: $16.00 - $36.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location: In person
