Job Summary The Warehouse Manager runs the Somerset shop and warehouse for the Amusement Company. The role oversees shipping and receiving, parts and prize purchasing and inventory, returns and RMAs, and the asset records for every amusement, gaming, payment terminal, and ATM machine the company owns. The Warehouse Manager tags each machine, records it in the equipment management system, and keeps its location and history current as machines are swapped, moved, repaired, or retired. The role also tests, troubleshoots, and sets up machines before they go on route, and supports shop projects alongside the technicians. Accuracy is the core of the job: the equipment system, parts counts, and prize counts must match what is physically on the shelves and on location, because Route, Service, and Accounting all rely on those records. Work Schedule and Physical Requirements Full-time, Monday–Friday, based at the Somerset, WI shop and warehouse; expected hours 45–50 hrs/week. Flexibility for occasional early/late freight deliveries, and machine staging before large installs. Must be able to lift/push/pull 50–70 lbs. and move machines using dollies, pallet jacks, and lift gates. Must have a valid driver's license for local parts runs, vendor pickups, and occasional machine transport. Key Responsibilities Shipping, Receiving and Returns Receive all inbound freight and deliveries; check every shipment against the purchase order and packing slip, note damage or shortages on the delivery receipt, and file carrier damage claims. Forward packing slips and receiving documents to Accounting. Prepare and ship outbound parts, boards, and machines (packing, crating, bills of lading, carrier booking, tracking). Track and process all RMAs, warranty claims, and returns to manufacturers and distributors; ship defective boards and parts on time, follow up until the credit, repair, or replacement is received, and keep an open-RMA log. Confirm vendor credits for returns and core exchanges appear on statements and are applied; report any missing credits to Accounting. Parts, Prize and Supply Purchasing and Inventory Order parts, boards, and shop supplies for the Service and Route teams; maintain minimum/maximum (par) levels for high-use parts so technicians are not waiting on common items. Compare pricing and lead times across vendors; follow company purchase-approval limits and obtain approval before placing orders above them. Order and manage redemption prizes and crane/merchandiser merchandise; set par levels by location and machine type, issue prizes to routes, and track usage so prize cost stays in line with machine revenue. Receive, secure, and log pull-tab ticket and other controlled product inventory; issue it to routes with sign-out records. Organize the warehouse with labeled bin locations for all parts, prizes, and supplies; keep the equipment system's locations and quantities current. Run weekly cycle counts of high-value and high-use items and a full physical count at month-end; investigate and explain variances and provide counts to Accounting on the monthly close schedule. Identify obsolete, slow-moving, and excess parts and prizes; recommend return-to-vendor, resale, or write-off. Asset Tagging and Equipment Management System Assign an asset tag to every amusement, gaming, video poker, jukebox, pool table, dart board, and ATM machine; record make, model, serial number, board/software version, purchase date and cost, vendor, and warranty in the equipment management system. Record every machine install, swap, move, pickup, repair, and retirement in the system the same day so the system always shows where each machine is. Keep the fixed-asset list in sync with Accounting: report new machines, disposals, sales, and scrapped units so depreciation and the asset register stay accurate. Run a periodic asset audit (warehouse and a rotating sample of locations) to confirm each tagged machine is where the system says it is. Maintain …
