We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who can bring structure, accountability, leadership, and operational efficiency to our warehouse and inventory operations. The Opportunity Eterna Management is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, organization, team leadership, and process improvement initiatives within our manufacturing facility. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management role. We need someone who can lead from the front, hold people accountable, improve workflows, solve problems quickly, and create a highly organized and efficient warehouse operation. The right person will be proactive, detail-oriented, operationally strong, and capable of implementing systems and procedures that improve productivity, accuracy, and accountability throughout the facility. What You’ll Be Responsible For Oversee all daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, storage, and material movement Create and improve warehouse SOPs, operational processes, and accountability systems Maintain accurate inventory levels and improve inventory control procedures Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, deliveries, and warehouse logistics Improve warehouse organization, efficiency, cleanliness, and workflow Lead, coach, and manage warehouse team members while building a culture of accountability and urgency Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for operational improvement Work closely with production, purchasing, and leadership teams to support manufacturing schedules and operational goals Ensure warehouse compliance with safety procedures and operational standards Develop systems to reduce inventory discrepancies, delays, waste, and operational inefficiencies Assist with forecasting inventory needs and improving warehouse planning processes What We’re Looking For We need someone who: Is highly organized and process-driven Can lead people while also rolling up their sleeves when needed Thrives in fast-paced operational environments Has strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do Is confident creating systems and improving processes Can hold teams accountable while maintaining strong working relationships Is comfortable leading operational change and improving structure inside a growing company Qualifications Required 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations management experience Experience leading warehouse teams in a manufacturing, distribution, or production environment Strong inventory management and operational organization skills Experience creating or improving SOPs and warehouse processes Comfortable using warehouse systems, spreadsheets, and inventory tracking software Strong leadership and communication skills Forklift certification or experience preferred Preferred Experience in hemp-derived products, cannabis, nutraceuticals, food production, CPG, or regulated manufacturing environments Experience supporting fast-growth operational environments Background in production planning, shipping logistics, or inventory forecasting Experience implementing warehouse efficiency improvements or operational systems What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, this person will: Build a clear understan…
