You haul it, you unload at the store, and you get paid extra for it. Home every two weeks. Day and night dispatch. New CDL? Here is the path Call: we check your license and record with you first. No surprises later. Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, bus fare reimbursed, $300 once hired. Training: 4 to 6 weeks one-on-one with a mentor, paid $650 a week. Solo: your own assigned truck, fleet average about 1.5 years old. For your first 3 months solo, your pay will not drop below $1,000 a week. Nervous about your first driving job? Fair. "How often will I see home?" Every two weeks. "I am not good at backing yet." Nobody is on day one. You practice for weeks with a mentor beside you before you drive alone. "Does my CDL school count?" If it was 120 hours or more, yes. "Will one ticket disqualify me?" Not by itself. Up to 2 moving violations in the past 2 years is accepted. "What if my first solo weeks are slow?" You still get at least $1,000 a week for your first 3 months solo. To qualify You must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL. New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise, 6 months of recent experience. We accept up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in the last 10. You will also pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug test.
