Overview We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm, accountability and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse and distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control handling and material handling. The Warehouse Manager will lead and develop the warehouse team, drive operational efficiency, maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and safety, and ensure a productive and well-organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, packing , material handling, and inventory management. Manage inventory control processes to maintain accurate inventory levels and records. Resolve inventory and operational issues, including shortages, damaged parts, back orders, returns, and inventory discrepancies. Utilize SAP Inventory Management to manage inventory transactions, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and inventory reconciliation. Oversee warehouse distribution processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Lead, train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff; establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance, productivity, and safety. Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, inventory accuracy, and cost effectiveness. Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse SOP's, policies, procedures, and security controls. Operate and manage material handling equipment, including forklifts. Coordinate inbound shipments and outbound deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials. Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques, and material-handling procedures. Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with applicable OSHA standards. Essential Functions Maintain accurate inventory records, transactions, and documentation. Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure the safe and proper use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Work closely with internal departments to support operational needs and provide excellent service to vendors and customers. Maintain current and accurate records and documentation of warehouse activities. Required Qualifications Advanced proficiency in SAP Inventory Management , with experience overseeing warehouse inventory processes, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and inventory accuracy. Three to five years of warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred. Associate's degree in business, logistics, operations, or a related field preferred. Minimum Requirements Strong leadership, interpersonal, people-management, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid drivers' license. Ability to operate forklift effectively, certification preferred Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel Bilingual in English & Spanish strongly preferred.
