Warehouse Manager – $70K–$80K + Bonus | Buffalo, NY Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus Schedule: Full-time Location: 2299 Kenmore Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14207 SPEED Global Services is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Buffalo distribution operation. You’ll own the full warehouse, including receiving, storage, shipping, inventory, people, and budget, and build a team that runs safely, accurately, and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the floor as well as the numbers. Why Join Us: Competitive salary of $70K–$80K plus bonus Full-time, stable leadership role Direct line to the Director of Operations with real ownership of the operation Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Disability and Life Insurance Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Time 401(k) What You’ll Do: Lead all receiving, warehousing, shipping, and distribution operations Hire, coach, train, and develop warehouse staff, including performance reviews and corrective action Build and manage staff schedules and work assignments to meet daily production goals Manage labor hours and operating costs; analyze variances and take corrective action to hit financial targets Oversee inventory control and accuracy, including cycle counts and WMS data integrity Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies, procedures, and safety programs Maintain warehouse security procedures and protect facility contents Plan warehouse layout improvements to increase space utilization and efficiency Oversee equipment maintenance: inspect forklifts and material handling equipment, issue work orders, and request replacements Maintain accurate records and reporting on warehouse KPIs and activities What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of warehouse management experience (required) Associate degree or equivalent experience (required) Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating hourly warehouse teams Strong knowledge of inventory control and distribution best practices Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS); Synapse experience a plus Able to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Physical Requirements: Able to stand, walk, reach, and bend on the warehouse floor Able to lift 50 lbs Safety shoes required in the warehouse Ready to lead?
