Warehouse Manager
Cosmaroma Inc.Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role involves managing warehouse distribution, coordinating with third-party logistics providers, and ensuring efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes. Fluency in English and French is preferred to facilitate communication across diverse teams. The Logistics Manager will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high standards of customer service within our manufacturing and e-commerce environments. Responsibilities Lead and supervise logistics teams, including warehouse staff and supply chain personnel, ensuring smooth daily operations Oversee warehouse distribution activities, including order picking, packaging, and shipping processes Manage inventory levels using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance Utilize data analysis skills to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for continuous improvement Supervise the use of forklifts and other heavy lifting equipment while adhering to safety protocols Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including proper handling of heavy loads and forklift operation Maintain effective communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels Utilize computer skills across platforms such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Windows, ERP systems, and specialized warehouse management systems Skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities with supervising experience in logistics or manufacturing environments Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly desirable for effective communication across diverse teams Knowledge of supply chain management, warehouse distribution, Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes Effective communication skills for team supervision, vendor negotiations, and customer interactions Experience with purchasing, order picking processes, packaging procedures, and inventory control Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining a focus on safety standards in the workplace Time management skills essential for coordinating multiple logistics activities efficiently This position offers an opportunity for a motivated professional to lead impactful logistics initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing or e-commerce setting.
