About the Role The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations at Americase, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, warehouse logistics, truck preparation, inter-warehouse transfers, and team management and coordination. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance to support internal and external manufacturing operations and deliver finished products to our customers on time. What You’ll Do Process Leadership : Partner with Supply Chain and Operations leadership to establish, roll out, and create accountability for best-in-class warehousing and inventory processes. Inventory Accuracy : Maintain accurate inventory counts, perform and lead cycle counts, and partner with Finance and Accounting on annual and month-end counts. Order Fulfillment : Review orders against inventory levels and confirm that all required products are available and prepared for shipment. Domestic & International Shipping : Coordinate the shipment of finished goods, including preparation of import and export documentation. Inventory Sourcing & Transfers : Source inventory from other Americase locations or suppliers, partner with Purchasing, and manage warehouse transfers between sites. Truck Loading & Preparation : Oversee and assist with the safe, efficient, and organized loading and unloading of trucks, and prepare trucks, materials, and documentation for shipments. Systems & Data : Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP and WMS platforms. Safety & Organization : Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at all times. Team Leadership : Lead and coordinate the warehouse team, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer delivery expectations. What You Bring 5–7 years of relevant warehouse management experience preferred Proven experience establishing best practices in warehouse and inventory management and creating accountability for accurate inventory counts Experience overseeing overseas shipments of raw materials and finished goods, including customs, import, and export regulations Proficiency in MIE Trak, SAP, or other ERP and WMS systems, as well as Microsoft Excel Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three years Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Preferred Traits Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Dependable, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented Leads by example and contributes to a team-focused work environment Comfortable balancing administrative tasks with hands-on warehouse responsibilities Committed to efficiency, safety, and high-quality service Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks as needed Willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed to support manufacturing continuity Ability to work in varying weather conditions when loading, unloading, or supporting outdoor logistics operations Pre-Employment Requirements: Offers of employment with Americase are contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening, which may include a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record review.
