Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouses that support high-volume retail locations and directs day-to-day order processing, inventory control, and staff workflows to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. We need an experience, hands-on leader who will: Supervise Operations: Manage daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping processes. Lead and Train Staff: Direct, coach, and schedule warehouse associates and supervisors; building a safe and high-performing team. Control Inventory: Maintain precise inventory accuracy, minimize waste, and conduct routine cycle counts. Optimize Workflows: Monitor real-time performance dashboards to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve floor productivity. Ensure Safety: Enforce OSHA and company health and safety regulations across the facility. Coordinate Logistics: Partner with carriers, logistics directors, and customer support to streamline outbound shipments and handle returns. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 5+ years in a retail warehouse environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk the warehouse floor, and lift up to 50+ lbs as needed. Education: High school diploma requires, a bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or business is preferred.
