Warehouse Manager
EAIR LLCBenefits: 401(k) Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Position Summary The HVAC Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, staff supervision, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This position ensures accurate inventory levels, timely delivery of materials, and efficient support of HVAC installation, service, and sales teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories. Coordinate timely receipt and distribution of materials to service technicians, installers, and customers. Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse personnel. Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchases to maintain adequate stock. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipping errors. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency. Coordinate deliveries and transportation logistics with vendors and customers. Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts and warehouse equipment. Review warehouse processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate with purchasing, sales, operations, and accounting departments. Prepare and submit warehouse reports related to inventory, productivity, and performance metrics. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse management experience. Experience in the HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or distribution industry preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to operate forklifts and maintain certification if required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of HVAC equipment, parts, and materials. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to motivate and develop warehouse staff. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday. Ability to work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based on experience. Salary Range Recommendation (South Florida): $60,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience, HVAC product knowledge, team size managed, and inventory responsibility.
