What You'll Be Responsible For: Lead the Team Oversee, motivate, and develop a warehouse team of approximately 40 employees. Establish clear expectations and create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Coach and mentor employees and supervisors to maximize individual and team performance. Address performance concerns proactively while maintaining a positive, respectful work environment. Lead by example, maintaining a consistent, visible presence throughout the warehouse. Drive Operational Excellence Oversee daily receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping operations. Ensure employees, equipment, and resources are being utilized efficiently. Identify operational bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement meaningful process improvements. Manage labor allocation, workflow, and daily priorities to consistently achieve operational goals. Maintain high standards for inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and workplace safety. Take Ownership Make confident, informed decisions to keep operations running smoothly. Develop solutions instead of simply identifying problems. Partner with other departments and company leadership to improve processes and resolve challenges. Maintain accountability for warehouse performance, employee development, and overall operational success. Jump in and support the team when needed while maintaining effective oversight of the entire operation. What We're Looking For Leadership experience is essential. Personality and mindset matter just as much. Our ideal candidate brings: 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics. Proven experience successfully leading and managing warehouse teams; experience overseeing 30+ employees strongly preferred. Strong working knowledge of pick-and-pack distribution, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Demonstrated success improving warehouse productivity, operational efficiency, or employee performance. Excellent communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills. Confidence holding employees accountable while earning their respect. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and genuine commitment to team development.
