Warehouse Manager Reports To: Daniel Swartz, Parts Manager Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage delivery drivers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes ownership of their responsibilities, ensures a safe and efficient work environment, and maintains high standards of productivity and accountability. This position requires an individual who can work independently, lead by example, solve problems, and effectively manage both warehouse inventory and delivery personnel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records using the Procede Dealer Management System (DMS). Ensure parts are properly labeled, stored, and readily accessible. Conduct routine inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments. File claims in a timely manner for missing / damaged / ordered in error parts Pull return in a timely manner Do monthly cores returns Delivery Driver Management Supervise and schedule delivery drivers. Monitor driver attendance, performance, and productivity. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers. Enforce company safety policies and transportation procedures. Conduct driver coaching and corrective actions when necessary. Address customer service issues related to deliveries. Maintain driver accountability regarding vehicle inspections and maintenance reporting. Administrative Responsibilities Utilize Procede DMS for order processing, inventory management, and reporting. Prepare reports and communicate warehouse performance metrics to management. Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating warehouse and delivery personnel. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. Work closely with the Parts Manager to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Experience managing delivery drivers strongly preferred. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use Procede DMS. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Forklift experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Passing a drug test Passing a background check Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
