Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure the optimal operation of mechanical systems and equipment across our facilities, supporting our commitment to quality and efficiency. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional environment that keeps our operations running smoothly. Duties Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems in our warehouse. Conduct building maintenance as necessary. Oversee facility landscaping as necessary. Operate company equipment such as forklifts for maintenance tasks as needed while adhering to safety protocols. Document all maintenance activities thoroughly in logs and reports to ensure compliance and traceability. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance building and mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC & appliance technology. Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in industrial or commercial settings. Ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills.. Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly. Leadership qualities to support team collaboration and safety initiatives.
