Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

CODA Audio USA is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our expanding U.S. operation. CODA Audio is a global manufacturer of professional loudspeaker systems used in live sound, touring, performing arts, houses of worship, sports, entertainment, and commercial installations. This is an important hands-on position supporting our U.S. operation. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the warehouse, keeps things organized, and makes sure equipment gets where it needs to go accurately and on time. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments Verify products against packing lists and purchase orders Maintain accurate warehouse inventory Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare customer orders for shipment Coordinate LTL, freight, parcel, and local deliveries Prepare CODA Audio systems for demonstrations, events, and roadshows Receive returned demo equipment and ensure products are properly inventoried and stored Maintain an organized, clean, and professional warehouse Track incoming and outgoing shipments Communicate with management, sales, operations, freight carriers, and customers regarding shipments Assist with loading and unloading trucks Identify inventory discrepancies and help resolve them Help develop better warehouse, inventory, and logistics procedures as CODA Audio USA continues to grow What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of warehouse operations. Experience in professional audio, AV, electronics, production, staging, or technical equipment distribution would be a major plus, but is not required. Candidates should have: Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or operations experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience preparing pallets and freight shipments Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple shipments and projects Good communication skills Ability to safely lift and move professional audio equipment Pallet jack experience Forklift experience or certification preferred Valid driver’s license preferred Why CODA Audio USA?
