Warehouse Loader

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Loader, where your energy and attention to detail will drive efficient operations and ensure timely delivery of goods. In this vital role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, managing inventory, and operating heavy equipment to support seamless warehouse distribution. Your proactive approach and safety-minded attitude will contribute to a productive environment that values teamwork and precision. Duties Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Operate heavy equipment such as cranes and forklifts to move large or heavy items safely within the warehouse. Pick orders accurately using RF scanners and manual methods to ensure correct shipment processing. Manage inventory by organizing materials, conducting stock counts, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with OSHA safety standards. Handle materials efficiently through manual handling techniques, heavy lifting, and proper use of load & unload procedures. Support warehouse operations by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following safety procedures at all times. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or related warehouse roles. Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation including forklift, pallet jack, clamp truck, crane, and material handling tools. Knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanner technology. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials manually when necessary. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures along with safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards. Previous experience supervising or coordinating warehouse activities is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude towards teamwork is essential.
