About ProSource Wholesale NWA ProSource Wholesale NWA is a membership-based wholesale supplier serving contractors, builders, designers, remodelers, and other trade professionals throughout Northwest Arkansas. Our Rogers location provides flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, lighting, outdoor and other finishing materials to help our members complete their projects. We're looking for an experienced, dependable Warehouse Lead to take ownership of our warehouse operations and help lead our warehouse team. About the Role The Warehouse Lead is a hands-on leadership position responsible for keeping the warehouse organized, safe, accurate, and operating efficiently. You'll work alongside the warehouse team while helping coordinate daily priorities, product receiving, order pulling, customer pickups, deliveries, inventory organization, and loading. We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, communicates well, holds themselves and others accountable, and isn't afraid to jump in and get the work done. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team Assign daily tasks and help prioritize warehouse workload Receive, unload, inspect, and properly organize incoming materials Pull and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate and prepare materials for customer pickups and deliveries Load and secure trucks safely and efficiently Schedule and coordinate deliveries and/or assist when needed Verify products and quantities against orders before materials leave the warehouse Maintain accurate organization, location, and quantities of flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, and other materials Help manage inventory and participate in regular inventory counts Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely Train and assist warehouse associates with proper procedures and material handling Help maintain warehouse standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety Make sure warehouse equipment, loading areas, and work areas are properly maintained Work closely with Account Managers and showroom staff to resolve order, pick up/ delivery, and material issues Help provide a positive, professional experience for ProSource members and customers Lead by example and step in wherever needed to keep operations moving Perform other warehouse and operational duties as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Has previous warehouse or warehouse leadership experience Is comfortable leading a small team in a fast-paced environment Takes ownership and doesn't need to be constantly supervised Is dependable, punctual, and accountable Has strong organizational and problem-solving skills Pays close attention to product, order, and quantity details Communicates effectively with coworkers, Account Managers, drivers, and customers Can prioritize multiple tasks and keep the warehouse moving during busy periods Is willing to work alongside the team rather than simply delegate Takes safety seriously Has a positive, professional attitude Is comfortable working with flooring, tile, cabinets, and other building materials Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on warehouse position. The Warehouse Lead must be able to: Regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb Lift and move heavy materials often exceeding 50 lbs Safely handle flooring, tile, cabinetry, and other building materials Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions as needed Operate a forklift, delivery vehicles, and other warehouse equipment Work safely around trucks, loading equipment, and warehouse traffic Qualifications Previous warehouse experience required Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred Flooring, tile, cabinetry, construction, building materials, or distribution experience is a plus Working knowledge of RFMS Warehouse, RFMS Mobile software, Microsoft Office is a plus Forklift experience pr…
