The Perfect PetalFloral Operations + Warehouse SupportJob Description The Perfect Petal, Denver’s award-winning Top of the Town Floral Creative Team, is looking for a reliable, organized, hands-on person to join our Operations team in a Floral Operations + Warehouse Support role. This is a behind-the-scenes position that helps make our weddings, events, and floral work possible. You’ll work alongside our Operations, Design, and Events teams to keep our warehouse organized, materials prepared, vehicles loaded, and event details moving smoothly from the shop to the venue and back again. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things well, notices the details, enjoys working with their hands, and understands that beautiful events depend on thoughtful preparation and excellent follow-through. This is an in-person position based at our Denver warehouse at 6425 Washington St. and on-site at weddings and special events throughout the Denver area. Objective Support the Operations and Design teams by ensuring floral supplies, vessels, hardgoods, props, tools, and event materials are clean, organized, prepared, loaded, delivered, and returned efficiently and accurately. Your work will help ensure our team has what they need, when they need it, and that our warehouse remains an organized and functional space. Our work spans luxury weddings, groundbreaking corporate events, lavish hotel décor, and nationally recognized floral design. We currently employ 36+ people and practice EOS as a business and culture-building tool. Major Job Functions Warehouse + Inventory Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse Pull and stage vessels, hard goods, props, décor, tools, and supplies for weddings and events Return, clean, count, organize, and properly store items following events Assist with maintaining accurate inventory and identifying missing or damaged items Help optimize warehouse organization and flow Assist with annual inventory and ongoing inventory updates Keep work areas, shelving, storage areas, coolers, tools, and equipment orderly Manage recycling, trash, and general warehouse cleanup Manage van rental pickups and returns Assist with basic warehouse and facilities upkeep Event + Floral Support Prepare materials according to event pull lists and production plans Assist designers and production teams with event preparation Help organize and stage floral supplies and hardgoods for production Load and unload company vehicles carefully and efficiently Assist with event load-in, setup, strike, and load-out Assist with repurposing floral and décor elements during events Return event materials to the warehouse and ensure everything is properly processed afterward Support drivers and event teams with materials and logistical needs as directed Vehicles + Logistics Assist with loading vehicles according to event plans and load lists Help ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for events Assist with returning vehicles and unloading after events Report maintenance or operational issues with vehicles, equipment, or warehouse facilities to the Operations Manager Team Support Communicate clearly and respectfully with designers, Operations staff, drivers, and event teams Participate in daily production check-ins as needed Follow established processes, checklists, and safety procedures Communicate missing materials, damaged items, timing concerns, or other issues promptly Jump in where needed to support the larger team during busy production periods Contribute to a positive, collaborative, no-drama team environment Required Competencies Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable an…
