Warehouse Lead

Damar Worldwide, a wholesale lighting distributor in Aurora, MO, is looking to add a Warehouse Department Lead to the team. It is Full Time, 40 to 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday with weekends off, weekly pay, plus insurance benefits and 401k options. The duties of a Warehouse Lead include, but are not limited to: Taking the lead over assigned department(s). Monitor shipping and receiving, checking orders for accuracy. Processing freight rates and shipping documentation, including but not limited to Fedex Ground, UPS, etc. Monitor and fill customer orders. Enter, print, and confirm tickets. Perform inventory stock checks. Other general warehouse and logistical duties as needed. The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Intermediate computer skills and strong attention to detail. Strong leadership skills. Ability to read, write and understand English well. Demonstrate multitasking and time management with the ability to prioritize tasks. Be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly. Minimum Requirements: Age 21 or over with a high school diploma or GED. 1-2 years lead/supervisory experience. 2 years warehouse experience.
