Warehouse + Inventory Specialist

All Weather Comfort Solutions is looking for an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to join our team in Taylor, MI. This is a hands-on position for someone who can take ownership of our warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory, and keep materials and equipment organized and readily available for our teams. What we’re looking for: 3–5 years of warehouse and inventory experience required Experience with inventory management systems and CRM software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to receive, stock, organize, and accurately track materials and equipment Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse Coordinate materials and equipment needed for daily jobs and installations Manage incoming and outgoing inventory Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records Assist with ordering materials and coordinating with vendors as needed Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency Self-motivated, dependable, and able to take ownership of the position HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or other trades experience is a big plus We’re looking for someone with real warehouse and inventory experience who can step in, take charge, and help improve the organization, accuracy, and overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person
