About the Position Imagine More is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to join our Windsor team. This position works closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep products moving accurately and efficiently through our warehouse—from receiving and inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for customers and installation. We work with high-end residential and commercial clients, so accuracy, organization, and attention to detail matter . The right person will take pride in getting the details right, understand the importance of handling products carefully, and recognize that a small mistake in the warehouse can have a big impact on a customer's experience. This is an active, hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying organized, working as part of a team, and taking ownership of their work. What You'll Do Receive and inspect incoming products and materials Verify products against packing slips and order information Put away and organize inventory in the appropriate locations Pick products accurately for customer orders and installations Pack and prepare products for delivery or installation Load and unload trucks and deliveries Maintain an organized and accurate warehouse Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy Help identify discrepancies, damaged products, or missing items Follow established warehouse procedures and documentation requirements Handle products carefully to prevent damage Assist customers with loading products into their vehicles when needed Assist with local deliveries as a backup, particularly during busy periods Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other team members to keep orders moving What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy Organized and able to keep track of multiple products and orders Understands the importance of doing things correctly—not simply quickly Takes responsibility for their work and follows through Identifies when something doesn't look right and is comfortable asking questions Communicates clearly with coworkers, managers, and customers Works well independently while also being a team player Dependable, punctual, and willing to jump in where needed Understands the importance of handling high-end products with care Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment Positive, can-do attitude and is willing to learn Forward-thinking and willing to share ideas that could make our warehouse processes more efficient and accurate Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers Understands customer-facing deliveries and represents Imagine More professionally Preferred, but not required : Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience Experience working with NetSuite or another warehouse/inventory management system Experience identifying process improvements or helping streamline warehouse operations A natural ability to look at a process and think, “Is there a better or more efficient way to do this?” Qualifications & Requirements Successful completion of a background check and driving record review is required Ability to sa…
