WAREHOUSE, INVENTORY & LOGISTICS MANAGER

D.LACQUANITI, a growing American luxury fashion house specializing in handcrafted Italian footwear and apparel, is hiring a hands-on Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics Manager. Inventory accuracy across our wholesale and online business is the core of this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory records across wholesale, online and retail. - Conduct regular counts and reconciliations. - Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly.Warehouse Management - Oversee daily warehouse operations and keep the space clean and organized. - Receive, inspect, organize and store incoming merchandise. - Lift, move and organize heavy boxes and cartons. Shipping & Logistics - Prepare and process wholesale and direct-to-consumer orders. - Coordinate domestic and international shipments through UPS, FedEx and DHL. - Prepare customs paperwork and shipping documentation for Italian and European shipments. - Communicate with our Italian production team, freight companies and shipping partners. Quality Control - Inspect incoming footwear and apparel for quality and accuracy. - Identify damaged or defective merchandise and uphold luxury standards. REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or logistics. - Working knowledge of Shopify and Lightspeed. - Experience with UPS, FedEx and DHL, and with customs paperwork for Italian and European shipments. - Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and move cartons and boxes. This is a core part of the job. - Strong attention to detail. Accuracy is the most important part of this role. - Reliable, shows up on time, and owns the results. WHO YOU WORK WITH You will work directly with the owner, the designer, our core team and our Italian production team. HOURS & SCHEDULE20 to 40 hours per week to start. Hours follow the workload. When inventory arrives, it is received and organized first, and boxes and orders ship out the same day. Those tasks take priority and must be completed before leaving. When the work is done, you can leave early. Full-time is earned through inventory accuracy, mastery of our systems and volume growth. HOW TO APPLY Apply through Indeed.
